- Easy and efficient app to assist with helping you manage workload and progress on open jobs
- Responsibilities include:
- Walk through a project with the homeowner, completing checklist
- Layout the project and prepare for installation
- Assist and lead the team through the installation process including post positioning, digging post holes, mixing/pouring cement, setting/leveling posts, making sure posts are set to proper height, building fence panels, stretching chain link
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to solve problems using your own discretion with a customer focus
- All other duties as assigned.
Additional requirements:
- Qualified subcontractors must be insured and provide proof of insurance
- Prior fence installation experience required
- Must have own tools
